At Journelle, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygienic liners are intact and secure.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
